These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the access and use of this digital platform, its content, and services provided by On Story ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using this website, you agree to be bound strictly by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must cease using the platform immediately.

2. Intellectual property and anti theft protection

All content on this website, including but not limited to source code, user interface (UI) designs, user experience (UX) layouts, graphic arrangements, custom animations, moving visuals, text, and overall website concepts, is the exclusive proprietary property of the author and is protected under the EU Copyright Directive (Sub Directive 2019/790) and international intellectual property treaties.

• Prohibition on reproduction: you are strictly prohibited from copying, reproducing, mimicking, modifying, or duplicating the visual sequences, website layout, or animation styles found on this site for commercial purposes.
• Prohibition on reverse engineering: you may not decompile, reverse engineer, or attempt to extract the underlying design framework, code, or asset configurations of this platform.
• Anti scraping: automated or manual scraping, harvesting, or indexing of our proprietary animations and visual designs without explicit written consent is strictly prohibited.

3. Limitation of liability for digital assets

The visual animations, mockups, and assets displayed on this site are for presentation, demonstration, and conceptual purposes. While we strive for operational excellence, we provide this website on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind.

4. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the EU Member State in which the developer operates. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the unauthorised theft of assets shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent national courts.

5. What On Story is

On Story is a structured reflection tool. It is not therapy, not medical care, and not a crisis service. It does not diagnose or treat any condition. If you are in crisis, contact your local emergency number or a crisis line.

6. Early access

Joining the list does not guarantee a place, a price, or a launch date. We may change the product, the plan, or the timeline before launch.

7. Your account and content

You keep ownership of what you write. You are responsible for keeping your login details private and for the accuracy of what you enter.

8. Payment

The planned plan is €6.99 per month, billed monthly, cancellable at any time. Cancelling stops the next payment; it does not refund the current month.
